This 8‑hour training is an advanced version of the training required by the Safety Code for the construction industry (s. 3.23.7) and covers the following concepts:

  • Asbestos: description, effects on health, regulations, exposure standards
  • The employer’s and workers’ obligations
  • Safe handling: sampling, ZPSOs (areas with similar materials), characterization, register
  • Asbestos removal work protocols: preventive measures, respiratory protection, risk levels, tests during and after work
